Acceptance of orders
Working with industry-leading secure payment processors, we validate your order and the payment details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.
Your order is then subject to further validation checks we may choose to make. If your order passes our validation checks we will send you an order confirmation email, this is our acceptance of your order and it brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
You may pay using any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this Site . You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
Chelsea Beautique reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If any items are not available and you paid using a debit/credit card or PayPal you will not be charged for the cancelled items.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards and mobile money. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
All orders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. Other companies may retain this information for future validation enquiries. Orders can only be delivered to Kenya addresses.
Chelsea Beautique has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet.
This means that when you order products online or from our retail outlets, colours may differ from what you see on the screen.
If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see Returns for more information).
We use the Fargo, standard delivery service. Delivery in the Kenya takes 2-3 working days. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. Our address labels are created automatically based on the address which you enter.
Within the Nairobi, delivery is FREE and on all orders over 10,000 KES.
We currently deliver only to Kenya addresses.

Please ensure that the delivery address you enter is correct. Goods that are returned to us may incur a further delivery charge.
Out of Stock
If you order multiple items and some items are temporarily out of stock (may be due to unprecedented demand) then we will send you the items that are currently in stock and refund you the amount for the items not currently in stock.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on chelseabeautique.com, you may return the unused purchase to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery. You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
Please notify us of your intention to return your purchase by completing the online form, stating your reason for return from the dropdown menu.
To prepare your return package, please fill out the Return Merchandise/Exchange section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.
You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, and return to:

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via insured Parcel Post. Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via Fargo post. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier
Chelsea Beautique has taken care to ensure prices shown in the Shop Online section of the website are accurate. However, prices may change from time to time. In the event of an incorrect price, promotion or offer, Chelsea Beautique reserves the right to rectify such error in a reasonable and timely manner.
You can cancel an order up to 2 days after placing the order online. To cancel, call customer services on (to be advised) or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Due to the swift turnaround of order to delivery, orders may have been dispatched to you. You will be advised by customer services if your items have been dispatched. If your items have been dispatched you will be required to return the items, unused, unopened in their original packaging to :

A full refund will be processed and credited to the card used for payment.
Your Obligations and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for taking all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you have reason to believe that your password has become known to somebody else, or is likely to be used in any way that is unauthorized by you, you should contact us immediately. If you forget your password we will reset it upon your request and send it to the email address, which you specified when you registered.
